Google Pay and Apple Pay now supported as payment options

We've now added Google Pay and Apple Pay support to the payment page for customers.

The Google Pay and Apple Pay mobile payment services offer seamless and efficient payments across Android and Apple smartphones and tablets.

In-store or online, these options simplify payment processes, giving you a hassle-free payment experience.

What are the new payment options about?

The addition of new payment options allows you to make payments for your web hosting services through your mobile devices.

This broadens the range of payment alternatives available to our customers.

The Apple Pay and Google Pay payment options show up when a customer with any of the options enabled on their mobile device selects Credit / Debit Card as a payment method.

Customers with Apple Pay enabled on their devices will see the following button next to the "Pay with credit card" button:

What are the benefits of accepting Apple Pay and Google Pay options?

All transactions completed using Google or Apple Pay have undergone verification and authentication through fingerprint or facial recognition, ensuring a high level of security with minimal risk of fraudulent activity.

As a result, our sales team is able to process mobile payments more efficiently, guaranteeing secure transactions through our rigorous fraud verification process.

NOTE: As with regular Credit / Debit Card payments, we don't store any details about the card used on our servers, as we use Stripe to process the actual transaction.

What is Apple Pay?

Apple Pay offers a convenient way to make payments using iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch.

By adding а preferred payment method, such as credit or debit cards, to their device, users can easily complete transactions.

Once Apple Pay has been set up, all that needs to be done is to hold one's mobile device close to any payment terminal that supports contactless payments.

Moreover, when shopping online, users can easily choose Apple Pay as their preferred method of payment without the hassle of repeatedly entering their card and shipping information.

What is Google Pay?

Google Pay is a versatile digital wallet and payment platform that enables users to make transactions using their Android devices.

It allows users to make payments with their Android devices in-store and on supported websites, mobile apps, and Google services such as the Google Play Store.

To use Google Pay, users need to link their credit or debit cards to their Google Pay account. This account is then used to facilitate transactions for both in-store and online purchases.

When using an Android device, Google Pay utilizes near field communication (NFC) technology to interact with payment terminals, making the process seamless and convenient.

When signed into their Google account on the Chrome browser, users can utilize Google Pay for transactions on websites that support the service.
