Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mail accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email box to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and defend your mailboxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mail messages based on certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and modify the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just choose the e-mailbox you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the target email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
